How he'll ping to people sensitive to darkness/the supernatural: On the surface, he seems like a pretty normal teenager with an intimidating aura, but there's pretty much a constant underlying sense of darkness about him that becomes more blatant when he's angry.

If you have abilities that can peek into his soul (or similar), his soul has an underlying fragment of darkness from an incredibly old vampiric entity (Dracula). Additionally, you'll find there are about 114 other souls residing within him, though these are dormant and don't have any form of influence over Soma.

Abilities: He has dark powers that allow him to absorb the souls of fallen enemies, granting him special powers, which can be roughly divided into the following categories:

Conjuration - Using mana, Soma can conjure an array of weapons (e.g. knives, axes, bombs, ...monster attracting plates of curry) and creatures (e.g. birds, fish, spirits that attack behind him). However, they're strictly temporary, so he can't create a million knives and distribute them, for example.

Evocation - These souls manipulate energy, i.e. they're attack magic, which range from shooting lightning from his fingertips, to creating waves of flame, to I'M A' FIRIN' MAH LAZER!!

Abjuration - These souls create barriers (e.g. protection from projectiles, a shield that deflects attacks from the front).

Transmutation - These souls transform Soma, or add additional properties to his attack (e.g. adds poison to claw attacks, transforms him into a giant charging demon... or a scantily clad woman......)

Enchantment - These souls improve his physical abilities (e.g. imbues him with extra strength, create shockwaves when he runs, the ability to levitate).
